The little bit of propolis described in the post reminds me of it a bit, but in rust (with a service/api interface) instead of just cli and shell. Sounds neat! I wonder how hard it would be to port to FreeBSD.

There's some changes they have made to bhyve that would need to get ported to FreeBSD first.
